Service Maintenance and tune-ups
We recommend that you service your furnace at least once a year to ensure that it operates at its optimum performance. When servicing your furnace, we will:
Clean and inspect Heat Exchangers
Clean and inspect Furnace and Furnace Burner
Check the Ignition system
Inspect and adjust fan belt tension
Check the Exhaust system
Check and clean Condensate Drain
Check and clean the filtration system (as needed)
Test, calibrate and level the Thermostat
Measure the Blower Motor amperage and voltage
Lubricate and clean blower motor air vents
Lubricate all moving parts of the equipment
Test Air supply temperature
Measure the temperatures differential of the supply and return air
Inspect all electrical wiring, connections, and terminal covers
Conduct a Carbon monoxide test
Inspect the ductwork and connections
Inspect and clean fan
Ensure the thermistor is fixed correctly
Conduct a Gas supply burning pressures test
Check the combustion pressure with a flue pressure check
Inspect Gas Pressure and adjust if needed
Inspect and clean Combustion Vents
Check for gas leaks
